1. Skincare and Beauty Services

• Payments made for skincare or beauty treatments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
• If you need to reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, advance payments (if any) may be adjusted toward your next appointment, subject to management approval.

2. Beauty and Skincare Products

• Due to hygiene and safety standards, beauty and skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
• We request customers to check products carefully before purchase.
• In the rare event of a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Fashion and Apparel Products

• Clothing items (such as sarees, western wear, and kids’ outfits) are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase, provided:
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is presented
• Refunds are only processed in cases of:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect verified by our quality team
• Exchanges and refunds are not applicable for sale or discounted items.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Bank or payment gateway delays may affect the timeline, and we are not responsible for such third-party processing times.

5. In-Store Purchases

• For items purchased directly from our boutique, please return them in person along with the original bill for verification.
• Items without a valid purchase receipt will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

6. Online Orders

• For online purchases, customers must inform us through email or WhatsApp within the specified time frame.
• The product must be securely packaged and returned via a trusted courier service. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
